Saturday when Billings police went to a fight in the card room at the Rail Yard. An officer saw Gabriel outside allegedly kicking a man who was on the ground. When the officer went toward the men, Gabriel dove at the officer, according to court documents.Police said they overheard a bystander say that Gabriel said he had a gun, so they patted him down. They found 1,253 in cash and two cell phones. Two Rail Yard employees said the phones belonged to them and had been stored in a cabinet with money from the poker game, according to charging documents.

MEPs confirmed as his replacement the relatively unknown Baroness Catherine Ashton, former leader of the House of Lords.
