Some angry lawmakers circulated documents accusing Somali President Abdullahi Yusuf of constitutional violations and demanding that he be removed from power.
Kenyan Foreign Minister Moses Wetangula indicated that TFG leaders have wasted time by engaging in personal disputes, saying that 'little has been accomplished' since the Somali government came to power four years ago.
Mr. Mesfin, Ethiopia's foreign minister, said that TFG leaders failed to create government institutions and proclaimed the interim government to be in a state of 'paralysis' due to its leadership crisis.
The IGAD foreign ministers are scheduled to meet with TFG Cabinet ministers tomorrow, followed by a heads of state summit hosted by Kenyan President Mwai Kibaki.
Media reports indicate that Omar al-Bashir, the President of Sudan, will not attend the IGAD heads of state meeting in Nairobi due to political tensions with the Kenyan government. Full story

PARLIAMENT yesterday decided to challenge two controversial government decrees at the Constitutional Court.
MPs unanimously voted in favour of two Al Wefaq proposals against a Cabinet decree to change the former Electricity and Water Ministry into an Authority.
The other is in regard to an article in the Civil Service Bureau bylaws which allows the government to hire foreigners as civil servants, without giving reasons.
Legislative and legal affairs committee chairman and Al Wefaq bloc vice-president Khalil Al Marzooq said that the Cabinet had no right to issue the decrees without referring to the legislative authority first
